FacilityBrain SMS terms
Effective October 27, 2026. FacilityBrain is operated by RG21 LLC. These terms apply to the optional FacilityBrain administrative SMS program.
By texting START to 269-238-9408, you agree to recurring automated, nonmarketing facility administration texts, including requested maintenance follow-up, account notices and responses to questions. Some replies use an AI assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or facility services.
Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. Text START to request re-enrollment. Reply HELP for support or use the contact below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability and activation.
SMS is not a guaranteed or emergency channel. FacilityBrain does not provide emergency dispatch, live alarm acknowledgement, disarming or access-control commands. For an emergency, contact emergency services directly. Do not text access codes or credentials.
You must control the number you enroll and notify us if it changes. Read the privacy policy for information about data use and your choices.
