FacilityBrain SMS program
FacilityBrain is a service of RG21 LLC. Our optional text program provides nonmarketing facility administration: requested maintenance follow-up, account notifications, and replies to facility questions. Responses may be generated by an AI assistant and reviewed by an authorized person.

Text START to 269-238-9408 to request enrollment. By sending START, you agree to receive recurring automated FacilityBrain administrative texts from RG21 LLC at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or facility services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can request enrollment again with START. Carrier activation is in progress; do not rely on SMS until you receive an enrollment confirmation.
This program is for routine administration. It does not provide emergency monitoring, emergency dispatch, alarm acknowledgement or remote disarming. For an emergency, contact emergency services directly.
For help, email agent1@facilitybrain.ai or call 269-238-9408.
