FacilityBrain privacy policy
Effective October 27, 2026. This policy covers the FacilityBrain application and SMS program operated by RG21 LLC.
Information we use
We use authorized account email addresses, organization membership, facility details, contact details, consent records, messages, call metadata and application activity to provide facility administration and respond to requests. Voicemail is recorded only after the recording notice. Do not send alarm codes, passwords, access credentials or sensitive personal information.
Service providers and access
Cloudflare hosts application data and email sending. Telnyx provides phone, messaging and AI communications. Our mail service runs on devops-1r with Cypht access. Authorized administrators can review communications and account activity. Account data is separated by organization. SMS and conversational AI should not be used to share confidential tenant records.
We do not sell mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent information, or share that information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it only to operate and support this program.
Your choices
Reply STOP to end SMS messages. To request access, correction or deletion of your FacilityBrain information, contact us. We retain records needed to operate the service, document consent, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations; there is currently no fixed automatic deletion period.
